LONDON, September 30, 2026 – CIFC Asset Management LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “CIFC” or “the Firm”), the global alternative credit specialist with more than $47 billion* in assets under management, has appointed Nick White as Managing Director, European Marketing and Investor Relations. The appointment further strengthens the Firm’s capabilities as it builds on the momentum of its established European business which has operated from London since 2018.

Mr. White brings more than two decades of experience across European asset management, distribution, marketing and investor relationships. He will focus on expanding CIFC’s engagement with investors across Europe, strengthening relationships across institutional and wealth channels and supporting the Firm’s broader marketing and investor relations activity across the region.

Prior to joining CIFC, he founded specialist asset management distribution and advisory business Seafield Capital Partners. Previously, he was Head of UK & European Distribution at Nedgroup Investments and spent more than six years at Carmignac, where he became a Partner and held senior responsibility for the firm’s UK distribution business. Earlier roles included positions at Martin Currie Investment Management and Invesco.

Steve Vaccaro, CIFC’s Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer said: “Europe is already an important part of CIFC, and the strong business we have built in the region, with approximately $5.7 billion of assets today, gives us a meaningful foundation from which to continue growing. The next phase is about deepening existing client relationships, expanding engagement across the UK and continental Europe, and bringing more of CIFC’s investment capabilities and solutions to European investors.

“Nick brings extensive experience across European asset management, investor relationships and business development. His appointment reflects both the opportunity we see in Europe and our commitment to investing behind that growth.”

Nick White, Managing Director, European Marketing and Investor Relations at CIFC, said:

“What makes the opportunity particularly compelling is the strength of the platform already in place. CIFC has significant depth across specialist credit markets, and we believe considerably more of it can be made relevant to investors across Europe. Alongside continuing to support our existing strategies, we will be focused on listening closely to clients, strengthening long-term relationships and identifying where CIFC’s capabilities across structured credit, corporate credit and private credit can address evolving portfolio needs. There is a substantial opportunity to make more of those capabilities accessible to European investors, and I look forward to helping realise it."

Founded in 2005, CIFC is an alternative credit specialist offering investment solutions across CLOs, corporate, structured, and opportunistic credit as well as direct lending strategies which have been designed with the goal to deliver consistent, attractive risk-adjusted returns to investors. CIFC manages over $47 billion in assets, employs more than 200 professionals in the U.S. and Europe, and serves over 500 institutional investors globally.*
