Mr. Vaccaro joined legacy CIFC in 2006 and is CIFC’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. He previously served as legacy CIFC’s Co-Chief Investment Officer and was named Chief Investment Officer of CIFC upon its merger with Deerfield Capital Corp. in 2011. Mr. Vaccaro has over 48 years of experience in corporate lending and asset management. Mr. Vaccaro spent 25 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and predecessor firms where he began his banking career and where he received his credit training. At JPMorgan, Mr. Vaccaro's roles included Managing Director and Co-Head of the firm's Media group. Mr. Vaccaro's experience at JPMorgan also included merchant banking, including mezzanine and equity co-investing, and roles as a credit supervising officer in the bank's Corporate Banking department, member of the bank's Credit Audit group and Team Leader in the firm's Land Transportation and Global Automotive corporate lending groups.

Mr. DiRocco has 45 years of experience in financial services. Mr. DiRocco joins CIFC after serving as the Chief Operating Officer and founding member of Reef Road Capital Management. Prior to Reef Road Capital Management, Mr. DiRocco's career includes the CFO and COO functions at Citadel Investment Group and Paloma Partners LP respectively, throughout each firm's major growth periods. Mr. DiRocco also served as COO of credit fund Bell Point Capital and equity fund Balance Asset Management. He built and ran Shearson Lehman's international stock loan, prime brokerage and repo businesses as well as founding London Global Securities, an international financing and securities lending intermediary. Mr. DiRocco has built broker dealers in five different countries as well as two technology firms and has been internationally recognized for his contributions to securities industry. Mr. DiRocco received a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany, graduating summa cum laude.

Ms. Randazzo has 22 years of experience in portfolio operations and credit analytics, specializing in CLOs and leveraged loan vehicles. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Randazzo was a Vice President at Global Leveraged Capital Management. During her tenure, she served as both the head of CLO operations and a member of the portfolio management team. Ms. Randazzo began her career at CIBC World Markets as an analyst within the credit portfolio management group. Ms. Randazzo holds a B.A. from Rutgers University where she double majored in Economics and French.

Ms. Sembos has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry across business strategy, mergers & acquisitions and corporate advisory, credit analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Sembos spent over 17 years at Credit Suisse and held numerous leadership positions, including Head of Strategy, Chief of Staff and Americas Chief Operating Officer of Global Credit Products in the firm's Global Markets business. Previously, Ms. Sembos spent 10 years in Portfolio Management at Credit Suisse and served as Director of Research, Deputy Portfolio Manager for EMEA and Portfolio Manager for Global Emerging Markets. She started her career as an investment banking analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions and the Financial Institutions Group. Ms. Sembos earned her PhD in Management Studies and Finance and her Master of Advanced Study in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, U.K., and holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Imperial College London, U.K. She is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York, where she currently serves as the Alternative Investments Group Chair and as mentor for the Young Leaders Group. Ms. Sembos is also Pod Leader at Declare, mentoring professional women and helping them navigate their careers, and a member of the Hellenic American Association for Professionals in Finance, where she previously served on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Lamota is a Vice President of Fixed Income Settlements and Operations at CIFC. He joined the firm in 2022 and has 18 years of experience in portfolio operations and project management while working with Fixed Income, Equities, Structured and Derivatives products. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Lamota was a Vice President at JP Morgan Asset Management. During his tenure, he served as a Derivatives and Structured product specialist and project manager within operations. Mr. Lamota also held positions at Epoch Investment Partners, First Eagle Investment Management, SS&C Globeop, and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Lamota holds a B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.

Ms. Huang has 15 years of experience in fund structuring, tax compliance, tax provision and tax audit. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Huang was at Ernst & Young, LLP, where she served clients in the private equity, credit and debt fund industries. There she also performed tax provision services to banking clients and assurance services to mutual funds. Ms. Huang holds a M.S. in Tax and a B.S. in Accountancy from Bernard M. Baruch College.

As the Firm’s General Counsel, Ms. Richards is the firm's primary legal advisor, responsible for managing and advising on all legal aspects of the business, from structuring funds, creating legal strategy for product launch, and managing the firm's risk profile and potential legal / regulatory liabilities. The Firm’s compliance function is also managed by Ms. Richards. Ms. Richards has over 23 years of experience in alternative asset management. Prior to CIFC, Ms. Richards was co-founder and general counsel of an alternative asset manager and adviser focused on investing in Latin America. Ms. Richards was General Counsel of Brookfield Asset Management’s Private Funds Group for four years where she was responsible for the structuring, marketing, fundraising and closing of private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, as well as joint ventures. Ms. Richards also played a critical role in the development of three global corporate platforms—Fund Operations, Conflicts Management and Compliance. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ms. Richards worked with Kirkland & Ellis LLP where she represented a wide range of private investment funds, in their fund-raising efforts, operations and transactions, as well as certain institutional investors. Ms. Richards started her career at Shearman & Sterling LLP where she also focused on asset management. Ms. Richards holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. Additionally, Ms. Richards is a board member of the Humane Society of Greater Miami.

Bernie McCabe, Head of Human Resources holds 33 years of experience in Human Resources including nearly 3 years at LBC Credit Partners. Prior to joining CIFC, through the acquisition of LBC, Mr. McCabe served at The Bancorp Bank as Chief Human Resource Officer for 6 years and previously as Head of HR at American Modern Insurance Company a division of Munich Re America. He began his career at Vanguard and has held positions in HR management at CIGNA and ACE USA. Mr. McCabe holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Human Organization Science from Villanova University.

Mr. McLaughlin joins with 12 years of experience trading high yield and distressed. Mr. McLaughlin joins CIFC from Serengeti Asset Management where he was a Vice President responsible for all trading. Before Serengeti, he worked at Imperial Capital for one year where he traded high yield and leveraged loans. Mr. McLaughlin spent four years at Cerberus Capital Management in the Corporate Credit Group where he began his career and received his credit training. Mr. McLaughlin earned his B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.

Mr. Hole has 26 years of experience focusing on the high yield markets. Mr. Hole joins CIFC from Millennium Management where he served as a Senior Analyst. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley for over a decade, most recently as Head of Corporate Credit Desk Analytics. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Analyst at Panton Capital Group and a Senior Analyst, High Yield Credit Research at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Hole earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

Mr. Fahey has 12 years of credit and investment research experience. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Fahey served as a Senior Research Associate in PNC’s Asset Management Group, focused on alternative investment strategies. Mr. Fahey received a B.A. in International Relations from Lafayette College and is a CFA Charterholder.

Brian Einfeldt is a Managing Director with CIFC Direct Lending where he oversees the research and underwriting of new direct lending investment opportunities and serves as a member on the Investment Committee. He has been with the firm for over a decade in a variety of roles including research and underwriting, portfolio management, and capital markets. Brian holds a B.B.A in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Ms. Redmond has over 19 years of experience in investor relations and marketing. Prior to joining CIFC, she spent four years as an Associate Vice President at OFS Capital Management where she managed their marketing and investor relations across OFS’s public and private funds. Prior to OFS, Ms. Redmond spent over seven years at Palisade Capital Management, most recently as an Assistant Vice President where she led relationship management across both the firms traditional and alternative strategies. Ms. Redmond began her career at Aetos Alternatives Management, where she spent nearly five years on the business development and client services team. Ms. Redmond graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Finance and International Business.

Ms. Chantharaj has over 17 years of experience in Middle Office and Operations with a concentration in CDO and CLO. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Chantharaj was an Associate Manager at SS&C Technologies and a Team Leader at Guggenheim Partners, Ltd. in the Leveraged Debt Group. Ms. Chantharaj began her career in finance as a Trustee at J.P. Morgan Chase. Ms. Chantharaj holds a B.S. in Consumer Science and Merchandising from University of Houston.

Mr. Errico is the Head of Settlements & Deal Administration at CIFC and has 31 years of experience in operations, change management and business process re-engineering specializing in CLOs and other Loan products. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Errico held various management level roles at Deutsche Bank over 14 years including Head of Global Loan Services, DB’s third party loan servicing provider, specializing in CLOs, distressed debt and agency services. Prior to that, Mr. Errico was Head of Global Loan Consulting responsible for all change management across DB’s loan operations group globally. Most recently, Mr. Errico was part of DB’s Business Engineering team which was responsible for all business process engineering across Operations. Mr. Errico holds a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Miami.

Mr. Esposito is a Vice President on the Portfolio Control and Operations team at CIFC specializing in CLO reporting. He has 9 years of portfolio operations experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining CIFC in 2018, Mr. Esposito served as an Associate at U.S. Bank in the Global Corporate Trust Services division. Mr. Esposito holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stony Brook University.

Mr. Daly brings 19 years of portfolio management, capital markets and leadership experience to CIFC. Mr. Daly joined from Onex Credit in 2022, where he had served as Head of European Credit and the lead Portfolio Manager on the firm’s European CLO business. Prior to Onex Credit, he spent 8 years at BlackRock, where he played an integral role in establishing the firm’s European CLO and leveraged loan business and served as a Portfolio Manager. He had previously established and managed BlackRock’s EMEA high yield capital markets function. Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley primarily focused on leveraged finance across origination and syndication roles. Mr. Daly received his BSc (Finance) with 1st Class Honours from National University of Ireland – University of Cork.

Mr. Fatovic has 9 years of experience in trading and operations. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Fatovic was an Associate Vice President on the leveraged loan trading desk at Credit Suisse. Prior to his role at Credit Suisse, Mr. Fatovic started his career at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation primarily focused on trade closings for the Loan Capital Markets desk. Mr. Fatovic received a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Fraimow is a Senior Managing Director, responsible for managing a portfolio of the Direct Lending team’s investments, overseeing legal and credit documentation, and serves as a committee member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Fraimow has more than 43 years of experience in leveraged finance, valuation, restructuring and financial workouts. He also has represented debtors and creditors in the structuring of financial workouts, both in and out of bankruptcy. Mr. Fraimow’s previous experience includes Vice President, Murray, Devine & Co., Inc., a valuation advisory firm, and Logan Advisors, LLC, Director, distressed debt management affiliate of Murray, Devine; Vice President, special assets management and loan workout, First Union National Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank) and predecessor banks (CoreStates Bank and Meridian Bank); and Senior Associate, Fox, Rothschild, O’Brien & Frankel, Creditors’ Rights Department. Mr. Fraimow is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and is also affiliated with the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, the Philadelphia Bar Association, Commercial Finance Association (CFA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He is also a frequent speaker on topics relating to loan documentation. Mr. Fraimow holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, Master of Business Administration, Finance and Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from the University of Denver.

Mr. Greene has over 12 years of accounting and audit experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining CIFC in January 2023, he served as Assistant Controller at Atlantic Investment Management for one year. He also spent eight years at Grant Thornton LLP, where he worked in the audit services practice. Mr. Greene holds a B.S. and MBA in Accounting from SUNY Oswego and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Mr. Badach is a Director of Business Strategy and has 8 years of experience in Strategic Finance across multiple segments of the Financial Services Industry. He began his career at JP Morgan working on Chase’s Card Investment Analytics team focused on investment decisioning within lending, pricing, and risk strategies. In his current role, Dean directly supports the Deputy COO and Executive Management in ensuring the goals and objectives of the firm are aligned and executed to support future growth. Dean joined CIFC in 2021 and earned his B.S. in Accounting from The University of Maryland.

Eamon Heavey is a Managing Director at CIFC and serves as Global Head of Marketing and Investor Relations. Mr. Heavey oversees the firm’s strategic marketing, investor engagement, and product development efforts, supporting CIFC’s global institutional client base. He brings over two decades of experience in investment management, including extensive expertise in CLOs and credit markets. Prior to joining CIFC, he served as Managing Director at Man Group, where he had responsibilities for business development across private and public credit strategies, strategic client coverage, and oversaw the relaunch of the firm’s U.S. and European CLO platforms. His previous roles include senior positions at Cairn Capital, Ellington Management Group, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Heavey holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and both an ME and BE in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union.

Mr. Bardeguez has been in the technology engineering space for 19 years. He has worked in industries such as AdTech, FinTech, Streaming, Mobile Gaming and Finance. From tech startups to big named brands such as Zynga, Major League Baseball, and Disney; Mr. Bardeguez has been a part of Disney and was a core engineer on the Disney + service. Mr. Bardeguez’s focus has been large scale automation and helping companies adopt modern techniques to improve infrastructure efficiency. EZ Bardeguez holds a B.A. of English Literature at Rutgers University of New Jersey.

Glenn Kim is a Managing Director and leads CIFC Direct Lending’s technology vertical. He is responsible for originating and executing investments in the technology and technology enabled services industry. He has over 21 years of experience in the direct lending market and over 15 years of experience lending to technology companies. Mr. Kim’s previous industry experience includes AB Private Credit Investors, Fifth Street Management, York Street Capital Partners and Prudential Capital Group. He also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Mr. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Science, Economics from The United States Military Academy at West Point.

With over 26 years as a technologist, Mr. Heimer has a diverse background in Information Technology. He has led and developed technology initiatives to support floor operations for broker-dealers on the NYSE & PHLX and architected low latency algorithmic trading infrastructures within premier data centers. Prior to working in financial services, Mr. Heimer was the principal for a managed services provider, worked in higher education as a network engineer and has a diverse background in broadcast engineering for his roles at FOX, NBC, and ABC affiliates. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), holds a M.S. degree in Telecommunications and Network Management from Syracuse University, a B.S in Communication from Millersville University in addition to several professional technology certifications, and is in pursuit of his Doctorate of Business Administration.

Mr. Choksi is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer responsible for managing CIFC Direct Lending's investment functions and serves as a committee member of the Investment Committee. He has over 31 years of experience in large corporate and middle-market leveraged lending transactions, including both senior and junior debt and preferred and common equity, across a wide range of industries. Prior to CIFC, Mr. Choksi held various positions at GE Capital Corporate Lending, most recently leading the Financial Intermediaries Group in New York as Managing Director. Prior to GE Capital Corporate Lending, Mr. Choksi served as an Auditor with GE Capital Audit Staff. Mr. Choksi is a frequent speaker on middle market leveraged lending. Mr. Choksi holds a Master of Science, Finance from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Economics from the University of Bombay, H.R. College.

Mr. Ginsburg is a Senior Portfolio Manager at CIFC and has 35 years of experience in corporate lending and portfolio management. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Ginsburg was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Callidus Capital. Mr. Ginsburg began his career at JPM in 1991 where he received his credit training. While at JPM, he was a Vice President in the High Yield Finance group and held other roles in the Retail Industries, Management Reporting and Merger Integration groups. Mr. Ginsburg holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from New York University and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Mr. Oh has 28 years of experience in structured credit, investment banking and capital markets. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Oh was in charge of trading, marketing and distribution of CLOs and other structured credit products for Asia Pacific at RBS Japan, and previously served as the Head of Credit Structuring for Japan. Prior to RBS Japan, Mr. Oh spent 4 years in Japan and 1 year in New York leading Credit Agricole CIB’s Risk Solutions business. Mr. Oh started his career at RBS Greenwich Capital as a Financial Engineer responsible for analytics modeling of mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Oh received a B.S. and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 1992 and 1993, respectively, and a MBA in Finance from Columbia University in 1997.

Ms. Souhlakis has 21 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Souhlakis spent 8 years on the Investor Relations team at Brigade Capital Management. Previously, she worked nearly a decade on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) at MBF Clearing Corporation. While there, she was as an Energy Commodities Trader for 7 years and a Trading Assistant for 2 years. Ms. Souhlakis holds a B.A. in Business Administration, sum cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Jamie Goldstein has 14 years of experience in investment banking, finance and accounting. Prior to joining CIFC, she worked at Goldman Sachs on the New Issue CLO Structuring team within the Investment Banking Division, where she was responsible for modeling, structuring, and pricing CLO transactions. Prior to that, she worked at American Express, where she was responsible for the valuations of the firm's derivative book and at Ernst & Young in their Audit practice. She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management and graduated from the University of Virginia with an M.S in Accounting. She has her FRM designation and is a CPA.

Mr. Horowitz brings 31 years of investment experience to CIFC. Previously, he worked at Millennium Management, where he served as Portfolio Manager for a long/short corporate credit strategy with an emphasis on U.S. High Yield. Before that, Mr. Horowitz spent 13 years at Muzinich & Co., most recently as the lead Portfolio Manager overseeing a long/short corporate credit hedge fund recognized for its outperformance by numerous industry awards throughout his tenure. Prior to that, he served as an equity and high yield research analyst at Credit Suisse. Mr. Horowitz earned a B.A. in Sociology from Yeshiva University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Yale School of Management.

Jason brings over 15 years of experience in financial services and investment banking, with a focus on leveraged finance and private credit. He has led large-cap and middle-market leveraged lending transactions across a wide range of industries. Most recently, Jason was Managing Director, Capital Markets at Monroe Capital, where he drove buy-side club originations, deal structuring, and sell-side syndications. Prior to Monroe, Jason was a Vice President in Leveraged Finance at J.P. Morgan, where he focused on the origination, underwriting, and syndication of leveraged loans and high yield bonds. He also held roles as a Vice President at HSBC Securities in the Central Hedging Unit, and as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young in Financial Services Advisory and the Derivatives Valuation Group. Jason holds an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Ziegler has over 25 years of experience in credit and structured products and currently serves as Head of Client Portfolio Management at CIFC Asset Management. In this role, Mr. Ziegler partners with institutional investors to develop tailored credit solutions across the firm’s global platform, including customized Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), Fund-of-One structures, closed-end and open-end funds, mutual funds, and Interval Funds. Mr. Ziegler works closely with clients across the globe to design portfolio strategies aligned with their risk, return, and liquidity objectives.

Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Ziegler was Senior Director of Structured Products at ORIX USA, where he managed the firm’s $500 million Structured Product portfolio spanning CLOs, RMBS, and ABS. Earlier in his career, he was a Director at Highland Capital Management, where he invested firm capital in structured products. Mr. Ziegler began his career at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he was part of the Global Structured Finance division, structuring Single-Seller Conduit programs of up to $25 billion and managing the bank’s interest rate swap exposure across securitized asset classes.

Mr. Ziegler holds a BBA in Business Management and an MBA from Winthrop University.

Mr. Huang is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Structured Credit Investments at CIFC. Mr. Huang has over 26 years experience in structured finance trading and portfolio management. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Huang spent 16 years at Citigroup where he was managing director and global head of their CLO, CDO and distressed Structured Investment Vehicle trading business. Prior to joining Citigroup, he worked at Salomon Smith Barney on the CDO structuring desk from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Huang graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with honors in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and a minor in Computer Science.

With over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff Walters is a seasoned and dedicated accountant specializing in monthly general ledger close, account reconciliation and U.S. GAAP consolidated financial statements. Throughout his career Jeff is known for his keen eye for detail; he excels in identifying discrepancies and solving complex accounting problems. Prior to joining CIFC, Jeff worked at Guggenheim Partners Investments Management primarily focused on monthly close with variance analysis, annual U.S. GAAP audits, and the preparation of quarterly financial statements and related footnotes for senior management. Mr. Walters started his professional career at KPMG, working as an auditor focusing on large SEC filers such as: WR. Berkley and General Electric Company (GE). Jeff holds a B.S. in Accounting from CUNY Bernard Baruch College and is a licensed CPA.

Ms. Thomas serves as Chief Accounting Officer at CIFC and brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. She joined CIFC in January 2013 from iStar Financial Inc., where she spent four years overseeing financial reporting and accounting policy. Earlier in her career, Ms. Thomas was a Manager in the Assurance and Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP, advising clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Ms. Thomas holds a B.S. from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also a member of the AICPA.

Mr. Slevin brings decades of union leadership and pension experience to CIFC’s team. He began his career with the FDNY over thirty years ago and served in many capacities including Firefighter and the President of the Uniformed Firefighters Association. In over fifteen years of service, Mr. Slevin acted as legislative and political chair for Local 94, helping enact the 9/11 Pension Bill, expanding the Cancer Bill, the Pension Protection Bill and the restoration of disability benefits for all new members of the FDNY. He additionally has been a trustee of the New York City Fire Pension Fund, advocating for prudent investments to ensure strong performance and investment returns. Drawing on his decades as a career firefighter, Mr. Slevin brings firsthand insight into the retirement, health, and long‑term security needs of union members that directly informs his work supporting CIFC’s union and public pension relationships.

Mr. Howes has 14 years' experience in the credit space, having held research positions at both a credit rating agency and on the buyside. He joined from Federated Hermes where he spent 5 years as a Research Analyst in the Fixed Income team, covering global High Yield and Investment Grade credits. Mr. Howes obtained his BSc in Economics & Finance from the University of Brighton and also holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Mr. Alston is a Portfolio Manager at CIFC with 13 years of experience in European leveraged finance and portfolio management. Mr. Alston joined from AlbaCore Capital, where he served at Deputy Portfolio Manager since 2019, playing an integral role in establishing the CLO platform. Prior to AlbaCore, Mr. Alston was a research analyst at Voya Investment Management. Mr. Alston graduated with his Masters in Finance with Distinction from Lancaster University Management School in 2013.

Mr. Capperella is a Senior Managing Director, responsible for managing LBC's originations function, and serves as a committee member of the Investment Committee. He has over 31 years of experience in various senior management positions in the banking and credit industry. Mr. Capperella’s previous experience includes American Capital, Managing Director/Head of Second Lien Group managed a team of 9 people responsible for originating, underwriting, closing and monitoring a $500mm portfolio of middle market second lien transactions; GE Capital, Senior Vice President roles in both Capital Markets (second lien sales) and Sponsor Coverage Originations; and Heller Financial various roles/titles in underwriting and portfolio management. Mr. Capperella holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Brignola is a founding partner of LBC. He is responsible for the general oversight of LBC and specifically its investment functions. He chairs the Investment Committee. Mr. Brignola has 40 years of senior and junior debt and special situations investing experience, with the past 25 years dedicated to private credit investing. Mr. Brignola’s previous experience includes Citadel Investment Group, privately-negotiated debt investments; PPM America, and AT&T Capital (acquired by PPM), asset-based and special situations lending; and Meridian Bank (ultimately acquired by Wells Fargo), asset-based lending, credit, audit and asset recovery divisions. Since 1999, he has managed numerous transactions that range from M&A through complex debt restructurings. Mr. Brignola holds a B.S. in Business Administration from West Chester University and a M.S. in Finance from Drexel University.

Mr. Brignola is also a member of the LBC Small Cap Fund general partner and chair of the Investment Committee.

Mr. Jadach has more than 31 years of experience in principal investing, investment banking, commercial lending and corporate risk management. Mr. Jadach is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Wharton Private Equity Partners. Mr. Jadach’s previous experience includes Vice President. J.P. Morgan, JPM Mezzanine Capital, Principal Investments; Vice President/Associate, J.P. Morgan, Syndicated & Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking; and Associate, Wachovia, Financial Institutions Group, Corporate & Investment Banking. Mr. Jadach holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Temple University.

Mr. Baptiste is an Executive Director at CIFC, responsible for treasury and fund finance functions of the Direct Lending strategy. He has over 17 years of experience in investment management and alternative investments, most recently at SEI Investments. Prior to that, he was a Financial Controller at Morgan Stanley and a Senior Accountant at Citco. Mr. Baptiste received a B.S. in Finance from DeSales University and a M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University.

Mr. Stimpson joins CIFC with over two decades of business development experience. He comes to the Firm from Aetos Alternatives Management, where he focused on marketing to institutions in North America. Mr. Stimpson has held additional business development roles within alternative investments at firms such as KKR/Prisma, UBP Asset Management, Deutsche Bank and The Torrey Funds. Additionally, he has strong experience in public finance, having worked as a budget analyst in the Massachusetts State Legislature. Prior, he worked as aide to Massachusetts Governor Bill Weld and then within the municipal finance group of UBS helping state and local governments issue debt to finance their capital projects.

Jonathan Adler is a Managing Director at CIFC, leading the Firm's Direct Lending investment efforts for Midwest based financial sponsors. Jonathan has over 16 years of private credit and commercial lending experience across a variety of roles. As a member of the Direct Lending Originations team at CIFC, Jonathan's primary responsibilities include the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions, as well as ongoing relationship management for financial sponsors in his geography. Prior to CIFC, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at PNC Financial Services Group, where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, execution and portfolio management activities, with a focus on middle-market and large cap borrowers across a wide range of industries. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Iannuccilli is a Managing Director and senior member of CIFC Direct Lending’s portfolio management function and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Iannuccilli has 18 years of experience in middle market and corporate lending serving in a variety of roles across originations, underwriting and portfolio management functions. His previous experience includes M&T Bank, Asset-Based Lending; TD Bank, Corporate & Specialty Banking; and Wilmington Trust, Middle Market Lending. Mr. Iannuccilli holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.

Mr. Cullar is an Investment Analyst at CIFC and has 19 years of credit research experience in the leveraged loan space. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Cullar spent 10 years at Jefferies Finance working as a research and credit analyst for their CLO and Leverage Finance structuring platforms. Mr. Cullar began his career at CIT Group where he served as a junior research analyst in their middle market direct lending platform . Mr. Cullar holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.

Mr. Doogan is a Senior Managing Director and Direct Lending Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for accounting, finance, operations and tax matters. He serves on the Valuation and Compliance Committees of LBC. He has over 30 years of experience in investment management and alternative investments. Mr. Doogan received a B.A. in Accounting and Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College.

Ms. Wicker has 19 years of experience in regulatory compliance. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Wicker was Chief Compliance Officer & Associate General Counsel at Sound Point Capital Management, LP. Prior to Sound Point, she was Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & Associate General Counsel at GoldenTree Asset Management LP. Prior to GoldenTree, she held senior compliance roles at Permal Group and Brookfield Investment Management. Ms. Wicker started her career at Goldman Sachs, supporting the Fixed Income Trading and Sales desks. Ms. Wicker holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Barnard College and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the New York State bar.

Liz Brockway is a Director in the Investment Research Team based in London. She has 16 years of experience in banking and leverage finance with the last 8 years based in London after emigrating from South Africa. Ms. Brockway Joined from Fidelity Investments where she worked as a Senior Credit Analyst on the CLO team, covering chemicals, healthcare, and capital goods. Prior, she spent nearly 4 years at Investcorp as an Associate Director, covering both leverage loans and high yield bonds. Ms. Brockway earned a BCom Accounting (cum laude) and BCom Hons (Acc) from the University of the Free State and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Lorelei He is a Vice President on CIFC's Structured Credit team. She has 9 years of industry experience primarily in investment banking and CLO structuring. She holds a Master of Science in financial economics from Columbia Business School and attended Emory University for her undergraduate studies. Prior to joining Columbia Business School, she worked at Deutsche Bank on the new issue CLO structuring team within the investment banking division where she was responsible for modeling, structuring, and pricing CLO transactions.

Mr. Sanofsky is a Senior Managing Director at CIFC and has 17 years of experience in structuring, marketing, and execution of CLOs, loan accumulation facilities, and structured credit funds/accounts. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Sanofsky was at RBS Securities Inc. where he was responsible for financing, structuring and distributing new issue U.S. CLO transactions and leveraged loan warehouse facilities. Prior to joining RBS Securities Inc., Mr. Sanofsky was an attorney at Dechert LLP where he advised financial institutions, asset managers, hedge funds and institutional investors in a variety of structured finance transactions, which included broadly syndicated and middle-market CLOs, as well as rated and unrated leveraged loan warehouse facilities. Mr. Sanofsky holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Ms. Fafemi has 9 years of experience working in the credit space. Her coverage sectors include Leisure, Packaging, Business services and Education. She joined from SMBC where she was an Associate in SMBC's leveraged finance origination team. Prior to that, she spent 3 years as a credit analyst in UBS Leveraged Finance Credit Risk team. Ms Fafemi obtained her BSc in Business Economics and Finance from Loughborough University and is a chartered accountant.

Mr. Andrews has 25 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance and business development. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Andrews was Head of CLO Origination and Structuring for RBS Securities Inc.'s U.S. CLO business. Prior to running the CLO business, Mr. Andrews was a Director in the Asset Backed Finance Group where he was responsible for originating, financing, structuring and distributing new issue securitizations backed primarily by leveraged loans, credit cards and consumer loan receivables. Prior to joining RBS Securities Inc., via Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc., Mr. Andrews was an Associate at Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. where he focused on originating, structuring and distributing securitizations backed by credit cards, consumer loans, auto loans, student loans, rental cars and equipment loans. In addition, Mr. Andrews originated and distributed senior unsecured debt issuances for investment grade companies while at Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Andrews is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Bassista has 28 years of experience in the investment management industry with the majority focused on alternative investments. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Cinctive Capital with a focus on all aspects of client relationships. Prior to Cinctive, he was a Partner at Stream Asset Management and a member of the investor relations team at Arrowgrass Capital Partners from November 2011 to February 2018. Prior to joining Arrowgrass, Mr. Bassista spent over four years as an Executive Vice President at Man Investments. In all instances, Mr. Bassista was responsible for capital raising and client service with institutional investors as well as the engagement of consultants. He began his career at State Street Global Advisors, where held multiple roles including his final role as Principal in which he oversaw capital raising efforts in the western region of the United States. Mr. Bassista earned a BA in Financial Economics from Rutgers University.

Mr. Gruppo is a CLO Portfolio Manager at CIFC and has 15 years of experience in leveraged finance and portfolio management. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Gruppo was an Associate at Alliance Partners, where he underwrote leveraged finance transactions across a variety of industries. Mr. Gruppo began his career at J.P. Morgan where he completed JPM’s investment banking and credit training program. Mr. Gruppo holds a B.A. in Economics with a Minor in International Relations from Hobart College.

Mr. Heckler has 27 years of experience in credit and investment research. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Heckler was a Director at DW Partners focused on research and investing in the distressed and performing High Yield Bond and Leverage Loan markets. Previously, he worked as a Managing Director of Research at both Logen Asset Management and Whippoorwill Associates. Mr. Heckler has also worked at Satellite Asset Management, Wexford Capital and Lazard Freres as a Senior Analyst in Distressed Research. Mr. Heckler earned a B.S. in Finance from Babson College in 1990 and an MBA from The Stern School of Business at NYU in 1998.

Prior to joining CIFC, Mark was the Director of Business Development at Proprietary Capital, a Denver based hedge fund focused on niche sectors of the US housing related market. Mark was responsible for marketing, investor relations, and communications activities. Prior to joining Proprietary Capital, Mark was the COO and a founding partner of Silvergate Capital Management, a Denver based healthcare hedge fund. Prior to Silvergate, Mark was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where he worked in the Institutional Equity Division. Mark started his career in investment management at Paine Webber selling the firm’s diversified research products. Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Vermont.

Mr. Carroll has over 32 years of experience in credit, investor relations, business development and sales support. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Carroll was a Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations for MC Asset Management Holdings, LLC, an alternative asset management firm focused on fixed income and real asset based strategies. Previously, he spent eight years as a Director of Sales and Client Services for Aladdin Capital Holdings LLC which, amongst other credit based strategies, focused on CLOs, bank loan commingled funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to Aladdin, Mr. Carroll spent over nine years as a Marketing Officer with Vanderbilt Capital Advisors. He began his career at SEI Corporation where he was responsible for servicing over sixty-five investment advisory clients in the New York Metropolitan area. He also worked for Arthur Andersen & Company as a Research Analyst. Mr. Carroll holds a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Otterbein University.

Mr. Hertz is a Senior Managing Director, responsible for managing LBC’s research and underwriting function and serves as a committee member of the Investment Committee. His prior roles with the firm included responsibility for sourcing, structuring and negotiating new direct lending investments in the New England region and for co-managing the research and underwriting team. He has over 19 years of experience in middle market M&A and leveraged lending transactions across a wide range of industries. Mr. Hertz’s previous experience includes Senior Associate/Analyst, Duff & Phelps, responsible for preparing valuation analysis including purchase price allocations and fairness opinions. Mr. Hertz holds a Bachelor of Science, Finance from the University of Delaware, Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics.

Mr. Nespola is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of U.S. CLO Portfolio Management at CIFC and has 16 years of experience in leveraged finance and investment research. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Nespola was an Associate at the Bank of Montreal, where he underwrote leveraged finance transactions across a variety of industries. He began his career at Cambridge Associates, where he most recently served as a Research Analytics Associate focusing on private equity manager research. Mr. Nespola holds a B.A. in Economics from Stonehill College.

Mr. Pagliuca is the Vice President of Loan Closings at CIFC and has 21 years of experience in operations, loan settlement, CLOs and LSTA Market standards. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Pagliuca spent 6 years at Canaras Capital Management, LLC as the Team Lead of Operations for Loan Closings, and various functions in the CLO process. Prior to that, Mr. Pagliuca spent 9 years at BlackRock Financial Management specializing in loan settlements across various product types. Mr. Pagliuca holds a B.A form Rutgers University.

Ms. Lojevsky has 18 years of experience working in the global financial markets. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Lojevsky served as the Head of North American Distribution for CI Capital, the investment banking arm of Commercial International Bank, a leading emerging markets institution, where she was responsible for all aspects of CI Capital’s US-based business and the distribution of its multi-asset offering to a broad base of institutional investors including pension funds, mutual funds, hedge funds and endowments. Ms. Lojevsky spent a year at South Africa’s Investec Bank and 3 years at Russia’s VTB Capital where she was responsible for institutional sales and sales trading, covering North American institutions. Ms. Lojevsky also spent 4 years at Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management where she was a relationship manager in the Private Bank covering Ultra High Net Worth individuals and large family offices as part of DBPWM’s top revenue generating team. Ms. Lojevsky holds a B.S. in Biology from American University and has passed the NASD Series 7 and 63 exams.

Mr. Cohen has 37-years’ experience in operations and multi sector growth and distressed investing with the past 18 years dedicated to private credit, junior debt, and special situations. He is a Senior Managing Partner of LBC Credit Management, a manager of ten middle market private credit funds, which he co- founded in 2005 and sold to CIFC Asset Management in 2021. Prior to LBC, he was an operating partner for LLR Partners, a middle market private equity firm and co-founded and was the Chairman and CEO of Globalcom Telecommunications which he sold to Comcast Corporation in 1997, where he served as Division President and CFO. Early in his career, Mr. Cohen worked in public accounting, real-estate, and the healthcare industries. Throughout his career, he has been a board member for many companies across diversified industries and is currently serves on the board for Cedar Electronics Corp and Diversified Maintenance Services representing LBC. Mr. Cohen has also served on numerous charitable boards, has been honored for his professional and charitable achievements and is a current member of the Board of Trustees for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Lay Employees Retirement Plans. He is a graduate of the Drexel University Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting.

Mr. Sampayo has over 22 years of experience in portfolio management, structured finance and technology. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Sampayo worked as a developer at Hudson Advisors building data infrastructure for the residential mortgage and RMBS capital markets business. Prior to Hudson, Mr. Sampayo was a Senior Credit Risk Associate focusing in Structed Credit at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Sampayo holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tampa, M.S. in Finance from Florida International University and M.B.A. in Quantitative Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. Sampayo is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Larsen has 19 years of trading, risk management and financial analysis experience focusing on credit markets. He joins CIFC from UBS where he was an institutional trader on the High Yield desk. Earlier in his career, Mr. Larsen worked as a Vice President at JP Morgan with the Emerging Markets team for 2 years. Prior to that, he worked on the UBS Structured Credit desk for 5 years. Mr. Larsen earned his B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University.

Prior, he worked 4 years at Delff Management, as an investment analyst across both high yield and leverage loan transactions. Ms. Lam has 10 years of legal and compliance experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining CIFC, she was part of the Structuring team at Partners Group, where she advised on and led the formation of private funds and customized separate accounts in the private debt, equity, infrastructure and real estate asset classes. Prior to Partners Group, she was Legal Counsel at Eagle Point Credit Management. Prior to Eagle Point, she was a Compliance Associate at Natixis. Ms. Lam received her J.D. from Pace University School of Law and B.A. from Hofstra University. She is a member of the New York State bar.

Mr. Bard has 16 years of engineering experience and been with CIFC since 2018. Previously, he spent four years as a Systems Engineer for a publicly traded asset manager who held contracts with two publicly traded BDCs. Mr. Bard started his career at a technology consulting firm that focused on clients in the financial sector. Mr. Bard holds a B.B.A. from Iona College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Mr. Surendran has 24 years of experience building software and analytics applications for structured products, mortgage and e-commerce domains. Prior to joining CIFC, he led the data and analytics effort for SPG Trading desks at Morgan Stanley, with cutting edge work on nlp and ml to extract information from deal docs. He built various risk, pnl and pre-trade analytics models for ABS, CLO and Leverage Loan desks at Morgan Stanley. Prior to his 12 years at Morgan Stanley, he worked at UBS, Ameriquest Mortgage Services, eBay and i2 Technologies. Mr. Surendran loves to build on scale and passionate about using technology to solve business problems. He completed his engineering training from REC Calicut.

Pranav Gupta is a Managing Director at CIFC, responsible for managing a portfolio of Direct Lending investments, including complex amendments, restructurings, and credit documentation. He has 15 years of experience in financial restructuring, credit analysis, and direct lending. Prior to CIFC, he was a Vice President at Blue Torch Capital, underwriting and managing senior debt investments. He also held roles at Evercore, advising on complex restructuring transactions; Galt & Company (now AlixPartners), consulting Fortune 500 firms; and Auda Advisor Associates, a fund-of-funds platform. Mr. Gupta holds an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, and a Master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics, where he was a Thouron Scholar.

Mr. Raut has 28 years of technology leadership experience in financial services/consulting. He developed technology solutions for Credit and Risk businesses at banks and for the Technology Consulting business. Mr. Raut holds a M.B.A. from the New York University Stern and a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, India.

Mr. Behrang has 20 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Behrang served as a credit analyst for 7 years at Man Group, 1 year of which was with Silvermine Capital Management before its acquisition by Man Group. Previously, he was an Assistant Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Research at Jefferies where he also served as an Associate in Investment Banking. Mr. Behrang received his Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, as well as his M.B.A. from Sharif University of Technology.

Mr. Pitt is the Chief Operating Officer at the CIFC London office and has 25 years of experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management middle office and operations. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Pitt was COO at Centricus Asset Management and has also held senior operational positions at Rhodium Capital Management, Citi Capital Advisors and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Pitt holds a BA in Economics and Public Policy from Leeds Metropolitan University Business School.

Mr. Hervas is a Fund Analyst at CIFC and has 27 years of experience in fixed income asset management. Mr. Hervas joined CIFC upon its merger with Deerfield Capital Corp., which he joined in 2000. Mr. Hervas held several roles at Deerfield as Counterparty Risk Manager analyzing fund risk management and compliance analysis. He previously held roles in Operations, including collateral management and bond trading settlements. Mr. Hervas holds a B.S. in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Mr. Lam has 27 years of experience in corporate lending. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Lam was with RBC in the Capital Markets Leveraged Loan Syndications group where he originated, structured and distributed bank debt with a focus on middle market and cross border transactions. Before joining RBC, Mr. Lam spent three years at J.P. Morgan where he began his banking career and received his credit training. At JPM, Mr. Lam was a member of the Global Syndicated Finance group where he performed credit analysis in support of bank loan transactions. Mr. Lam holds a B.A. in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Terpstra is a Senior Investment Analyst in CIFC's London Office. He has 20 years of experience across leveraged loans and high yield bonds. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Terpstra was a Senior Investment Analyst at Chenavari Investment Managers where he invested in leveraged credit covering multiple sectors. He worked before at ING and Lloyds Bank in origination, syndicating, restructuring and debt investing. Mr. Terpstra holds a Master in Economics and Post Master in Accountancy from the University of Amsterdam.

Mr. Mandery has 24 years of experience in the high yield credit markets focusing on both leveraged loans and corporate bonds. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Mandery spent 14 years at Citi where he most recently served as the Group Head of the High Yield Credit Sector Specialists. Previously, Mr. Mandery was a senior analyst at Citi who actively covered multiple sectors including airlines, healthcare, industrials, and paper & packaging. Before joining Citi, Mr. Mandery spent 2 years on JPMorgan’s secondary leveraged loan trading desk. Mr. Mandery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University, Frank G. Zarb School of Business.

Sanjeev Narayan is a Senior Managing Director at CIFC, where he manages the firm’s Direct Lending investment efforts in the healthcare sector, overseeing origination, structuring, and execution of transactions. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Narayan was a Managing Director in the healthcare group at Ally Corporate Finance. He holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Business from Delhi University.

Ms. Lim brings over two decades of business development and investor relations experience with leading alternative investment managers and hedge funds. She joins CIFC from Mill Hill Capital, where she was Partner. She was also Head of Business Development and Investor Relations for Mill Hill Capital which traded in transportation and consumer ABS, CLOs, financials, and MBS/RMBS. Earlier in her career, when she was based in Singapore, Ms. Lim held roles with Pagaya, and Dymon Asia. She started her hedge fund career at Amaranth.

Mr. Sokolowski has 35 years of credit, portfolio management and trading experience. He is the lead portfolio manager for CIFC's Corporate Credit Loan Funds and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Mr. Sokolowski has a broad range of investment management skills and experience in private and public credit markets. He has invested and traded across the spectrum of credit from high yield to investment grade as well as distressed and stressed credit, fixed and floating rate instruments, bonds, loans, CDS and index products.

Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Sokolowski was a portfolio manager and trader with Lucidus Capital Partners, a credit trading firm spun out of Caxton Associates where he was a portfolio manager for five years. Before joining Caxton in 2006, he was a Managing Director with JP Morgan where he founded and managed the European par and distressed loan trading business based in London. Mr. Sokolowski completed Chemical Bank's MBA Capital Markets and Credit Training Program in 1994 While at JPMorgan, Mr. Sokolowski held several positions in New York and London in the Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Investment Banking and Emerging Markets businesses. Mr. Sokolowski holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.

Mr. Krawchuk is a Senior Managing Director, responsible for origination in Western US and serves as a committee member of the Investment Committee. He has over 31 years of experience in various senior management positions in the banking and credit industry. Served as Board Member for Secured Finance Association for 16 years and past Board Member of Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Krawchuk’s previous experience includes Managing Director, Crystal Financial, oversaw originations in Western US for special opportunities fund; structured investments as both cash-flow and asset oriented investments; Senior Vice President, Contrarian Capital, oversaw originations of nonbank loans for hedge fund; Managing Director, Wachovia, managed business development for Wachovia’s Western Region including supervising origination in 12 states and member of Credit Committee; Director, Deutsche Banc Securities, member of sponsor coverage team for Western US; and Underwriting Manager, NationsBanc Securites (Greyrock Capital). Mr. Krawchuk is McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship Graduate, Eller College of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting & Finance from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Smith is a Portfolio Manager at CIFC and has 30 years of experience with a focus on corporate finance and CLOs. Since joining CIFC in 2006, Mr. Smith has had diverse portfolio management responsibilities including CLO fund analytics and valuation, CLO management and tranche investing. Mr. Smith spent 6 years at JPM where he began his banking career and where he received his credit training. At JPM, Mr. Smith worked in the Global Syndicated Finance and Financial Sponsor groups where he originated, structured and distributed senior bank financings. Mr. Smith also co-managed a private family investment company where he gained experience in early stage equity investing. Mr. Smith holds a B.A. in Biochemistry and Economics from Bowdoin College.

Mr. Gendal has 28 years of experience in credit and investment research. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Gendal was Managing Partner of Logen Asset Management for three years. Prior to his time with Logen, Mr. Gendal was with Whippoorwill Associates, an investment firm focused on distressed debt and special situations, for over 15 years, last serving as Portfolio Manager and Director of Research. Before joining Whippoorwill Associates, Mr. Gendal was a Litigation and Valuation Consultant at Goldstein, Golub Kessler & Company, an Analyst of high-yield and distressed securities at Greenwich High Yield, and a Corporate Finance Associate at Brean Murray & Company. Mr. Gendal received a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University in 1993 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1996.

Subhadra Shrivastava is a Managing Director, a member of the deal origination team, and serves as a committee member of the Investment Committee. She has 33 years of experience in various senior management positions in the banking and credit industry. Ms. Shrivastava’s previous experience includes Managing Director, Chatham Capital; responsible for originating, underwriting, closing and monitoring lower middle market senior and junior debt transactions; Director, SunTrust Bank (Truist), responsible for origination and execution of both sponsor and corporate healthcare leveraged finance transactions; Vice President Leveraged Finance, Bank of America Merrill Lynch; responsible for origination of both sponsor and corporate leveraged finance transactions across industries; Singapore – Asian Project Finance, Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas, responsible for advisory and financing of infrastructure projects across Asia by American and European investors; and Auditor, KPMG Singapore. Ms. Shrivastava holds a Master of Business Administration (with Honors), Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honors) from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Mr. Kandukuri has 20 years of experience in building and managing Structured Product Technology teams and applications with asset classes spanning from Corporate Loans, CLOs, Whole Loan Mortgages, MBS Pools, CMOs, and high yield bonds for Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Wealth Management and Broker Dealers. He provided his leadership, technology vision and technology expertise for helping in building technology solutions for Portfolio Management, Trade capture and Settlement, Risk Analytics, Credit Risk Management, Property Management and Loan Servicing Oversight for various Asset Classes. He started his career as a developer and he delivers technology solutions by working closely with development, engineering and infrastructure teams using his technical and leadership expertise. He has experience in managing global teams across multiple continents, experience in managing technology solution providers and experience in managing technology service providers. He Holds M.S. in Computer Science from Buffalo State University, NY.

Ms. Kanekar has 31 years of experience providing complex tax consulting, structuring and compliance services for hedge funds, private equity funds, and the investment strategies and products they employ. Prior to CIFC, she worked at credit focused investment firms, the Blackstone Group, Angelo Gordon, Cross Ocean Partners, and Silver Point. She specializes in credit, including distressed debt & special opportunities, and hedge/private equity asset classes. In addition, she has worked with public accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen, in senior positions. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was awarded the Chairman's Award for being a team lead for the design and development of the curriculum for Learning & Education - Structuring and Strategy: Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds. Ms. Kanekar holds a B.Com degree from University of Pune, India, graduating first class with distinction.

Mr. Gough is the Head of Middle Office at CIFC and has 37 years of experience in investment operations, corporate finance, and business technology positions. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Gough held business technology leadership positions in the manufacturing and retail sectors where he was responsible for implementing financial systems across complex multinational organizations. Mr. Gough also held analyst positions at Lexington Mortgage and SourceOne Financial Corp. Mr. Gough holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.

Mr. Divers has 12 years of accounting and audit experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining CIFC in March 2019, Mr. Divers spent four years at KPMG LLP working in the audit services practice. Mr. Divers holds a B.S. degree from Lehigh University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA and NJCPA.

Mr. DiNota adds two decades of experience in business development and client relations within alternative investments, with a focus on credit strategies. He most recently, served as Director of Capital Partnering – Credit at Reverence Capital Partners. Prior to that, he held business development roles at Varadero Capital and Marinus Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. DiNota worked in prime brokerage at Citigroup and Merrill Lynch’s Capital Introduction and was a practicing attorney for over a decade for organizations such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and Hunton & Williams.

Ms. Ewing has 38 years of experience in risk management, lending, and portfolio management. Ms. Ewing spent over 18 years at JPM where she began her banking career and where she received her credit training. At JPM, Ms. Ewing was a Vice President of Client Credit Management where she monitored clients' credit quality, led the annual risk review process for select portfolio sub sectors, structured and negotiated new loans and amendments and coordinated credit infrastructure improvement projects. Ms. Ewing holds a B.A. in Business Economics and American History from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Mr. Thayalalingam, CFA, serves as the Head of European Compliance at CIFC Asset Management and has 14 years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing and providing strategic guidance on CIFC's UK and EU activities. Before joining CIFC, he was Vice President of International Compliance at AQR Capital Management, where he advised senior management on and oversaw AQR's international regulatory and compliance matters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Thayalalingam was Legal and Compliance Officer at Amber Capital UK LLP, where he oversaw regulatory and compliance matters of entities within the Amber umbrella. Prior to that, he held the position of Associate Director at Twelve Capital, where he led capital market transactions and product structuring solutions, as well as managed group compliance frameworks. Mr. Thayalalingam graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate in Banking and Finance Law from the University of London and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zurich. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

For more than a decade, Ms. Khan has been at the forefront of supporting Mr. Vaccaro, spearheading all CIFC events, and recently led in all new office space implementations. As the Head of Administration, Ms. Khan and her team diligently works towards improving our office workspace and culture at all our locations across the globe. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Khan has had extensive experience in serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Broadreach Group. Ms. Khan holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a Minor in Early Childhood Education from CUNY Queens College. As a proud Indo-Guyanese American, Ms. Khan has a broad background in traditional Indian dance of which she has actively been involved professionally in for over 25 years.

Veer Singhvi is a Managing Director, responsible for leading CIFC’s Direct Lending coverage efforts for Northeast based financial sponsor relationships across a variety of industries. He has over 18 years of private debt experience in functions including originations, underwriting and portfolio management. He was previously a Director at CION Investment Group, where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring and portfolio management of lower market and middle market transactions across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining CION in 2008, Mr. Singhvi worked for Bloomberg LP as an Analyst in Economics/Statistics and Energy/Commodities teams. Mr. Singhvi holds an MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Madras.
