John DiRocco

Mr. DiRocco has 43 years of experience in financial services. Mr. DiRocco joins CIFC after serving as the Chief Operating Officer and founding member of Reef Road Capital Management. Prior to Reef Road Capital Management, Mr. DiRocco's career includes the CFO and COO functions at Citadel Investment Group and Paloma Partners LP respectively, throughout each firm's major growth periods. Mr. DiRocco also served as COO of credit fund Bell Point Capital and equity fund Balance Asset Management. He built and ran Shearson Lehman's international stock loan, prime brokerage and repo businesses as well as founding London Global Securities, an international financing and securities lending intermediary. Mr. DiRocco has built broker dealers in five different countries as well as two technology firms and has been internationally recognized for his contributions to securities industry. Mr. DiRocco received a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Albany, graduating summa cum laude.
Alissa Randazzo

Ms. Randazzo has 20 years of experience in portfolio operations and credit analytics, specializing in CLOs and leveraged loan vehicles. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Randazzo was a Vice President at Global Leveraged Capital Management. During her tenure, she served as both the head of CLO operations and a member of the portfolio management team. Ms. Randazzo began her career at CIBC World Markets as an analyst within the credit portfolio management group. Ms. Randazzo holds a B.A. from Rutgers University where she double majored in Economics and French.
Anna Kunz

Ms. Kunz has 18 years of experience working in the financial markets. Most recently, she served as the Head of Business Development at BlockTower Capital, an investment firm focused on trading, venture and credit investing across digital and traditional asset classes, where she was responsible for all aspects of global fundraising to institutional investors. Prior to joining BlockTower, she was a Managing Director and Head of Business Development and Marketing at Silverpeak Credit Partners, and, before that, was the Director of Marketing at Diker Capital. She began her career in the fixed income and rates businesses at Merrill Lynch and Nomura Securities. Ms. Kunz holds a B.S. in Finance with an Economics concentration and an M.B.A. from Pace University.

Ms. Sembos has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry across business strategy, mergers & acquisitions and corporate advisory, credit analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Sembos spent over 17 years at Credit Suisse and held numerous leadership positions, including Head of Strategy, Chief of Staff and Americas Chief Operating Officer of Global Credit Products in the firm's Global Markets business. Previously, Ms. Sembos spent 10 years in Portfolio Management at Credit Suisse and served as Director of Research, Deputy Portfolio Manager for EMEA and Portfolio Manager for Global Emerging Markets. She started her career as an investment banking analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions and the Financial Institutions Group. Ms. Sembos earned her PhD in Management Studies and Finance and her Master of Advanced Study in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, U.K., and holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Imperial College London, U.K. She is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York, where she currently serves as the Alternative Investments Group Chair and as mentor for the Young Leaders Group. Ms. Sembos is also Pod Leader at Declare, mentoring professional women and helping them navigate their careers, and a member of the Hellenic American Association for Professionals in Finance, where she previously served on the Board of Directors.

Ms. Fazio has 35 years of experience in the investment management industry working in business development. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Fazio spent 16 years as a Senior RFP Manager at abrdn Asset Management supporting US and Canada business development teams. Her primary focus was responding to RFPs, DDQs, and client requests for institutional and retail investors across various vehicle types in the following asset classes: US equity, global equity, US fixed income, emerging market debt, emerging market equity, private debt, private equity, ETFs, real assets, ESG strategies, and hedge funds as well as OCIO business. Prior to abrdn, Ms. Fazio worked at DuPont Capital Management for 17 years as a Marketing Associate, completing RFPs, DDQs, and client requests, with a primary focus on equity, fixed income, and venture capital. Ms. Fazio earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a dual BS in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Immaculata University.
Ariana Huang

Ms. Huang has 13 years of experience in fund structuring, tax compliance, tax provision and tax audit. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Huang was at Ernst & Young, LLP, where she served clients in the private equity, credit and debt fund industries. There she also performed tax provision services to banking clients and assurance services to mutual funds. Ms. Huang holds a M.S. in Tax and a B.S. in Accountancy from Bernard M. Baruch College.
Asha Richards

Ms. Richards has over 21 years of experience in alternative asset management. Prior to CIFC, Ms. Richards was co-founder and general counsel of an alternative asset manager and adviser focused on investing in Latin America. Ms. Richards was General Counsel of Brookfield Asset Management’s Private Funds Group for four years where she was responsible for the structuring, marketing, fundraising and closing of private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, as well as joint ventures. Ms. Richards also played a critical role in the development of three global corporate platforms—Fund Operations, Conflicts Management and Compliance. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ms. Richards worked with Kirkland & Ellis LLP where she represented a wide range of private investment funds, in their fund-raising efforts, operations and transactions, as well as certain institutional investors. Ms. Richards started her career at Shearman & Sterling LLP where she also focused on asset management. Ms. Richards holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

Bernie McCabe, Head of Human Resources holds 31 years of experience in Human Resources including nearly 3 years at LBC Credit Partners. Prior to joining CIFC, through the acquisition of LBC, Mr. McCabe served at The Bancorp Bank as Chief Human Resource Officer for 6 years and previously as Head of HR at American Modern Insurance Company a division of Munich Re America. He began his career at Vanguard and has held positions in HR management at CIGNA and ACE USA. Mr. McCabe holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Human Organization Science from Villanova University.

Ms. Lui has 25 years of buyside credit research experience, focusing on the high yield, leveraged loan and investment grade markets. She is covering the Energy and Power sectors at CIFC and has previously covered the Chemicals, Retail, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Business Services and Telecom sectors. Prior to joining CIFC, she has spent 17 years at APG Asset Management US as a Senior Credit Analyst and was formerly with Harris Investment Management. Mr. McGann has 25 years of experience in accounting, operations, and financial reporting. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. McGann held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Capstone Investment Advisors LLC. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Guggenheim Investment Management LLC and Guggenheim Corporate Funding LLC, where he was responsible for the accounting and finance functions of Guggenheim Partners’ structured credit division. Prior to his role at Guggenheim Investment Management, Mr. McGann performed various accounting and finance roles within Guggenheim Partners, as well as having worked as an audit senior at Deloitte. Mr. McGann holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. Mr. McGann is a licensed CPA in the State of New York, and is a member of AICPA and NYSSCPA.

Mr. McLaughlin joins with 10 years of experience trading high yield and distressed. Mr. McLaughlin joins CIFC from Serengeti Asset Management where he was a Vice President responsible for all trading. Before Serengeti, he worked at Imperial Capital for one year where he traded high yield and leveraged loans. Mr. McLaughlin spent four years at Cerberus Capital Management in the Corporate Credit Group where he began his career and received his credit training. Mr. McLaughlin earned his B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
Brandon Hole

Mr. Hole has 24 years of experience focusing on the high yield markets. Mr. Hole joins CIFC from Millennium Management where he served as a Senior Analyst. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley for over a decade, most recently as Head of Corporate Credit Desk Analytics. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Analyst at Panton Capital Group and a Senior Analyst, High Yield Credit Research at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Hole earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans.

Prior to OFS, Ms. Redmond spent over seven years at Palisade Capital Management, most recently as an Assistant Vice President where she led relationship management across both the firms traditional and alternative strategies. Ms. Redmond began her career at Aetos Alternatives Management, where she spent nearly five years on the business development and client services team. Ms. Redmond graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Finance and International Business.

Prior to that, Mr. Errico was Head of Global Loan Consulting responsible for all change management across DB’s loan operations group globally. Most recently, Mr. Errico was part of DB’s Business Engineering team which was responsible for all business process engineering across Operations. Mr. Daly brings 17 years of portfolio management, capital markets and leadership experience to CIFC. Mr. Daly joined from Onex Credit in 2022, where he had served as Head of European Credit and the lead Portfolio Manager on the firm’s European CLO business. Prior to Onex Credit, he spent 8 years at BlackRock, where he played an integral role in establishing the firm’s European CLO and leveraged loan business and served as a Portfolio Manager. He had previously established and managed BlackRock’s EMEA high yield capital markets function. Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley primarily focused on leveraged finance across origination and syndication roles. Mr. Daly received his BSc (Finance) with 1st Class Honours from National University of Ireland – University of Cork.

Mr. Badach is Vice President of Business Strategy and has 7 years of experience in Strategic Finance across multiple segments of the Financial Services Industry. He began his career at JP Morgan working on Chase’s Card Investment Analytics team focused on investment decisioning within lending, pricing, and risk strategies. In his current role, Dean directly supports the Deputy COO and Executive Management in ensuring the goals and objectives of the firm are aligned and executed to support future growth. Dean joined CIFC in 2021 and earned his B.S. in Accounting from The University of Maryland.

Mr. Bardeguez has been in the technology engineering space for 14 years. He has worked in industries such as AdTech, FinTech, Streaming, Mobile Gaming and Finance. From tech startups to big named brands such as Zynga, Major League Baseball, and Disney; Mr. Bardeguez has been a part of Disney and was a core engineer on the Disney + service. Mr. Bardeguez’s focus has been large scale automation and helping companies adopt modern techniques to improve infrastructure efficiency. EZ Bardeguez holds a B.A. of English Literature at Rutgers University of New Jersey.
Frederic Dubinski

Mr. Dubinski has 19 years of experience working as a quant developer for banks and asset managers. Prior to joining CIFC, he worked as a quant developer for LivePerson, a company specializing in chatbots where he led the development of a Sales Compensation tool. Prior to that, he held quantitative developer roles at Morgan Stanley and several Hedge Funds, working on data analytics with a particular focus on the stock lending market. He holds a Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering degree from King’s College London and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from ULB, Belgium.
Gregg Heimer

With over 25 years as a technologist, Mr. Heimer has a diverse background in Information Technology. He has led and developed technology initiatives to support floor operations for broker-dealers on the NYSE & PHLX and architected low latency algorithmic trading infrastructures within premier data centers. Prior to working in financial services, Mr. Heimer was the principal for a managed services provider, worked in higher education as a network engineer and has a diverse background in broadcast engineering for his roles at FOX, NBC, and ABC affiliates. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), holds a M.S. degree in Telecommunications and Network Management from Syracuse University, a B.S in Communication from Millersville University in addition to several professional technology certifications, and is in pursuit of his Doctorate of Business Administration.
Homyar M. Choksi

Mr. Choksi is a Deputy Chief Investment Officer, responsible for managing LBC’s originations function, and serves as a committee member of the Investment Committee. He has over 30 years of experience in large-corporate and middle market leveraged lending transactions, including both senior and junior debt and preferred and common equity, across a wide range of industries. Mr. Choksi previous experience includes Managing Director, GE Capital, Corporate Lending; responsible for leading the Financial Intermediaries Group in New York City; Senior Vice President/Vice President, GE Capital, Corporate Lending; responsible for originating and executing leveraged lending transactions; and Auditor, GE Capital Audit Staff; focused on strategic and financial reviews of various GE businesses. Mr. Choksi is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Commercial Finance Association (CFA). He is also a frequent speaker on middle market leveraged lending. Mr. Choksi holds a Master of Science, Finance from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management and Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Economics from the University of Bombay, H.R. College.

Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Ginsburg was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Callidus Capital. Mr. Ginsburg began his career at JPM in 1991 where he received his credit training. While at JPM, he was a Vice President in the High Yield Finance group and held other roles in the Retail Industries, Management Reporting and Merger Integration groups. Mr. Ginsburg holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from New York University and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Jaeik Oh

Mr. Oh has 26 years of experience in structured credit, investment banking and capital markets. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Oh was in charge of trading, marketing and distribution of CLOs and other structured credit products for Asia Pacific at RBS Japan, and previously served as the Head of Credit Structuring for Japan. Prior to RBS Japan, Mr. Oh spent 4 years in Japan and 1 year in New York leading Credit Agricole CIB’s Risk Solutions business. Mr. Oh started his career at RBS Greenwich Capital as a Financial Engineer responsible for analytics modeling of mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Oh received a B.S. and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 1992 and 1993, respectively, and a MBA in Finance from Columbia University in 1997.

Ms. Souhlakis has 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Souhlakis spent 8 years on the Investor Relations team at Brigade Capital Management. Previously, she worked nearly a decade on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) at MBF Clearing Corporation. While there, she was as an Energy Commodities Trader for 7 years and a Trading Assistant for 2 years. Ms. Souhlakis holds a B.A. in Business Administration, sum cum laude, from Rutgers University.
James Finnerty

Mr. Finnerty has 30 years of corporate finance experience. Prior to joining CIFC, he worked as credit sector specialist on Citigroup's high yield trading desk where he covered the building products, homebuilding, basic materials, industrials and aerospace defense sectors.
Prior to that, Mr. Finnerty was an Institutional Investor ranked high yield publishing analyst at Citigroup covering the building products, homebuilding, basic materials and gaming sectors. Prior to his investment research career, Mr. Finnerty was a member of Citigroup's (Salomon Brothers) Emerging Market Fixed Income Desk (NY & London) and Citigroup's Fixed Income Credit Derivatives Financial Control Group. Mr. Finnerty holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University.

Jamie Goldstein FRM, CPA

Jamie Goldstein has 13 years of experience in investment banking, finance and accounting. Prior to joining CIFC, she worked at Goldman Sachs on the New Issue CLO Structuring team within the Investment Banking Division, where she was responsible for modeling, structuring, and pricing CLO transactions. Prior to that, she worked at American Express, where she was responsible for the valuations of the firm's derivative book and at Ernst & Young in their Audit practice. She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management and graduated from the University of Virginia with an M.S in Accounting. She has her FRM designation and is a CPA.

Ms. Wong has 10 years of accounting and audit experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining CIFC in January 2024, Ms. Wong spent two years at KPMG LLP and eight years at EisnerAmper LLP working in the audit services practice. Ms. Wong holds a B.S. and M.S degree from SUNY Geneseo. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA.
Jason Horowitz

Mr. Horowitz brings 29 years of investment experience to CIFC. Previously, he worked at Millennium Management, where he served as Portfolio Manager for a long/short corporate credit strategy with an emphasis on U.S. High Yield. Before that, Mr. Horowitz spent 13 years at Muzinich & Co., most recently as the lead Portfolio Manager overseeing a long/short corporate credit hedge fund recognized for its outperformance by numerous industry awards throughout his tenure. Prior to that, he served as an equity and high yield research analyst at Credit Suisse. Mr. Horowitz earned a B.A. in Sociology from Yeshiva University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Yale School of Management.
Jason Ziegler

Mr. Ziegler has 26 years of experience in credit and structured products. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Ziegler last served as a Senior Director of Structured Products at ORIX USA. In this role, Mr. Ziegler acted as Portfolio Manager for the firm’s $500mm Structured Product portfolio, which included investments in CLOs, RMBS and ABS. Prior to joining ORIX in 2012, Mr. Ziegler was a Director at Highland Capital Management LP, where he held various roles, including investing the firm’s capital in various Structured Products and marketing firm strategies to institutional investors. Prior to joining Highland, Mr. Ziegler was an Associate in the Structuring and Origination Group within the Global Structured Finance division of Banc of America Securities LLC, where he focused on structuring Single-Seller Conduit programs up to $25 billion. During his time with Banc of America Securities LLC, Mr. Ziegler also oversaw the bank’s exposure to interest rate swaps employed across various securitized asset classes. Mr. Ziegler began working at Banc of America LLC as a credit analyst on the High-Grade Bond and Commercial Paper desk. Mr. Ziegler earned a BBA in Business Management and an MBA from Winthrop University and has passed the NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 exams
Jay Huang

Mr. Huang is a Managing Director and Head of Structured Credit Investments at CIFC. Mr. Huang has over 24 years experience in structured finance trading and portfolio management. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Huang spent 16 years at Citigroup where he was managing director and global head of their CLO, CDO and distressed Structured Investment Vehicle trading business. Prior to joining Citigroup, he worked at Salomon Smith Barney on the CDO structuring desk from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Huang graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with honors in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and a minor in Computer Science.

Prior to that, Ms. Thomas was a Manager in the assurance and advisory services practice of Ernst & Young, LLP where she served clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Jim Boothby

Mr. Boothby has 25 years of experience in credit, business development, and investor relations. Previously, Mr. Boothby spent four years as Managing Director at Seix Investment Advisors where he was responsible for raising assets across investor segments throughout North America. Prior to his time with Seix, Mr. Boothby was a Vice President at Palisade Capital Management where he was responsible for raising assets from single and multi-family offices as well as endowment and foundation clients. Previous to Palisade Capital Management, Mr. Boothby was a Vice President in the Private Client Group at Roosevelt Investment. Prior to Roosevelt Investment, Mr. Boothby spent over two years with Aviva Investors as a Director focused on sourcing and developing clients in North America and introducing alternative and traditional solutions to clients focused in the family office and hedge fund of fund channel. Prior, Mr. Boothby spent two years with Ram Capital Resources as a Director of Marketing and Client Development. Mr. Boothby spent over four years with Saddle River Capital Management as a Vice President focused on sales and marketing. Mr. Boothby began his career with Morgans Independent Advisors based in London as an Independent Financial Consultant. John J. Brignola

Mr. Brignola is a founding partner of LBC. He is responsible for the general oversight of LBC and specifically its investment functions. He chairs the Investment Committee. Mr. Brignola has 38 years of senior and junior debt and special situations investing experience, with the past 25 years dedicated to private credit investing. Mr. Brignola’s previous experience includes Citadel Investment Group, privately-negotiated debt investments; PPM America, and AT&T Capital (acquired by PPM), asset-based and special situations lending; and Meridian Bank (ultimately acquired by Wells Fargo), asset-based lending, credit, audit and asset recovery divisions. Since 1999, he has managed numerous transactions that range from M&A through complex debt restructurings. Mr. Brignola holds a B.S. in Business Administration from West Chester University and a M.S. in Finance from Drexel University.
Mr. Brignola is also a member of the LBC Small Cap Fund general partner and chair of the Investment Committee.

Mr. Jadach has has more than 28 years of experience in principal investing, investment banking, commercial lending and corporate risk management. Mr. Jadach is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Wharton Private Equity Partners. Mr. Jadach’s previous experience includes Vice President. J.P. Morgan, JPM Mezzanine Capital, Principal Investments; Vice President/Associate, J.P. Morgan, Syndicated & Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking; and Associate, Wachovia, Financial Institutions Group, Corporate & Investment Banking. Mr. Jadach holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Temple University.

Mr. Mather brings over two decades of experience in the investment management sector, specializing primarily in alternative investments. Most recently, he served as a consultant, advising emerging alternative managers on marketing and operational strategies. Prior to this role, Mr. Mather was the Director of Business Development & Investor Relations at Bayview Asset Management, where he spearheaded capital raising efforts and managed investor communications with institutional clients. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mather was a Product Specialist at the Permal Group, focusing on their flagship and fixed income products. His extensive background also includes roles as an investment analyst at several institutional investment firms, where he was responsible for allocating funds to alternative investment managers. Mr. Mather began his career as a sell-side equity research analyst at Prudential Equity Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.

Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Paje was the Chief Compliance Officer at The Midway Group, a fixed income hedge fund manager with a dedicated investment strategy in hedged mortgage derivatives. Ms. Paje was previously a compliance officer at Brookfield Asset Management where she was responsible for assisting with the ongoing implementation, monitoring and enhancement of the investment adviser and broker-dealer regulatory compliance programs. Her previous experience includes supporting the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at hedge fund manager Sandelman Partners, L.P., the tax-exempt capital markets investment banking group at J.P. Morgan, and the structured finance group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Ms. Paje received a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a M.S. from New York University.

Prior to running the CLO business, Mr. Andrews was a Director in the Asset Backed Finance Group where he was responsible for originating, financing, structuring and distributing new issue securitizations backed primarily by leveraged loans, credit cards and consumer loan receivables. Prior to joining RBS Securities Inc., via Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc., Mr. Andrews was an Associate at Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. where he focused on originating, structuring and distributing securitizations backed by credit cards, consumer loans, auto loans, student loans, rental cars and equipment loans. In addition, Mr. Andrews originated and distributed senior unsecured debt issuances for investment grade companies while at Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. Mr. Bassista has 25 years of experience in the investment management industry with the majority focused on alternative investments. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Cinctive Capital with a focus on all aspects of client relationships. Prior to Cinctive, he was a Partner at Stream Asset Management and a member of the investor relations team at Arrowgrass Capital Partners from November 2011 to February 2018. Prior to joining Arrowgrass, Mr. Bassista spent over four years as an Executive Vice President at Man Investments. In all instances, Mr. Bassista was responsible for capital raising and client service with institutional investors as well as the engagement of consultants. He began his career at State Street Global Advisors, where held multiple roles including his final role as Principal in which he oversaw capital raising efforts in the western region of the United States. Mr. Heckler has also worked at Satellite Asset Management, Wexford Capital and Lazard Freres as a Senior Analyst in Distressed Research. Mark was responsible for marketing, investor relations, and communications activities. Prior to joining Proprietary Capital, Mark was the COO and a founding partner of Silvergate Capital Management, a Denver based healthcare hedge fund. Prior to Silvergate, Mark was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where he worked in the Institutional Equity Division. Mark started his career in investment management at Paine Webber selling the firm’s diversified research products. Mark earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Vermont.

Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Carroll was a Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations for MC Asset Management Holdings, LLC, an alternative asset management firm focused on fixed income and real asset based strategies. Previously, he spent eight years as a Director of Sales and Client Services for Aladdin Capital Holdings LLC which, amongst other credit based strategies, focused on CLOs, bank loan commingled funds and separately managed accounts. Prior to Aladdin, Mr. Carroll spent over nine years as a Marketing Officer with Vanderbilt Capital Advisors. He began his career at SEI Corporation where he was responsible for servicing over sixty-five investment advisory clients in the New York Metropolitan area. He has over 17 years of experience in middle market M&A and leveraged lending transactions across a wide range of industries. Mr. Hertz’s previous experience includes Senior Associate/Analyst, Duff & Phelps, responsible for preparing valuation analysis including purchase price allocations and fairness opinions. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Sokolowski was a portfolio manager and trader with Lucidus Capital Partners, a credit trading firm spun out of Caxton Associates where he was a portfolio manager for five years Before joining Caxton in 2006 he was a Managing Director with J P Morgan where he founded and managed the European par and distressed loan trading business based in London Mr. Sokolowski completed Chemical Bank's MBA Capital Markets and Credit Training Program in 1994 While at JPMorgan, Mr. Sokolowski held several positions in New York and London in the Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Investment Banking and Emerging Markets businesses Mr. Sokolowski holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.

He started his career as a developer and he delivers technology solutions by working closely with development, engineering and infrastructure teams using his technical and leadership expertise. He has experience in managing global teams across multiple continents, experience in managing technology solution providers and experience in managing technology service providers. He Holds M.S. in Computer Science from Buffalo State University, NY.
Swapna Kanekar
Managing Director - Head of Tax
Ms. Kanekar has 29 years of experience providing complex tax consulting, structuring and compliance services for hedge funds, private equity funds, and the investment strategies and products they employ. Prior to CIFC, she worked at credit focused investment firms, the Blackstone Group, Angelo Gordon, Cross Ocean Partners, and Silver Point. She specializes in credit, including distressed debt & special opportunities, and hedge/private equity asset classes. In addition, she has worked with public accounting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen, in senior positions. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was awarded the Chairman's Award for being a team lead for the design and development of the curriculum for Learning & Education - Structuring and Strategy: Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds. Ms. Kanekar holds a B.Com degree from University of Pune, India, graduating first class with distinction.
Thomas Gough
Managing Director
Head of Middle Office
Mr. Gough is the Head of Middle Office at CIFC and has 35 years of experience in investment operations, corporate finance, and business technology positions. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Gough held business technology leadership positions in the manufacturing and retail sectors where he was responsible for implementing financial systems across complex multinational organizations. Mr. Gough also held analyst positions at Lexington Mortgage and SourceOne Financial Corp. Mr. Gough holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Radford University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
Timothy Divers, CPA
Vice President
Mr. Divers has 10 years of accounting and audit experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining CIFC in March 2019, Mr. Divers spent four years at KPMG LLP working in the audit services practice. Mr. Divers holds a B.S. degree from Lehigh University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA and NJCPA.
Tom Hotchkiss, CFA
Executive Director
Mr. Hotchkiss has 12 years of experience in high yield credit and equity markets. His coverage area includes cable, media, and telecom. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Hotchkiss worked at J.P. Morgan in High Yield Credit Research covering telecom and technology, as well as in Equity Research covering energy. Mr. Hotchkiss earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Merrimack College, and he is a CFA Charterholder.
Tracey Ewing
Managing Director
Head of Risk Management
Ms. Ewing has 36 years of experience in risk management, lending, and portfolio management. Ms. Ewing spent over 18 years at JPM where she began her banking career and where she received her credit training. At JPM, Ms. Ewing was a Vice President of Client Credit Management where she monitored clients' credit quality, led the annual risk review process for select portfolio sub sectors, structured and negotiated new loans and amendments and coordinated credit infrastructure improvement projects. Ms. Ewing holds a B.A. in Business Economics and American History from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Varunraj Thayalalingam
Vice President - Head of European Compliance
Mr. Thayalalingam, CFA, serves as the Head of European Compliance at CIFC Asset Management and has 12 years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing and providing strategic guidance on CIFC's UK and EU activities. Before joining CIFC, he was Vice President of International Compliance at AQR Capital Management, where he advised senior management on and oversaw AQR's international regulatory and compliance matters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Thayalalingam was Legal and Compliance Officer at Amber Capital UK LLP, where he oversaw regulatory and compliance matters of entities within the Amber umbrella. Prior to that, he held the position of Associate Director at Twelve Capital, where he led capital market transactions and product structuring solutions, as well as managed group compliance frameworks. Mr. Thayalalingam graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate in Banking and Finance Law from the University of London and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zurich. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Vauhini Khan
Head Administrative Officer
For more than a decade, Ms. Khan has been at the forefront of supporting Mr. Vaccaro, spearheading all CIFC events, and recently led in all new office space implementations. As the Head of Administration, Ms. Khan and her team diligently works towards improving our office workspace and culture at all our locations across the globe. Prior to joining CIFC, Ms. Khan has had extensive experience in serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Broadreach Group. Ms. Khan holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a Minor in Early Childhood Education from CUNY Queens College. As a proud Indo-Guyanese American, Ms. Khan has a broad background in traditional Indian dance of which she has actively been involved professionally in for over 25 years.
Vichai Soysouvanh

Mr. Soysouvanh is the Controller at CIFC and has 17 years of accounting, tax, audit experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. Soysouvanh served as the Controller at the family office for the co-founders of Fortress Investment Group. Previously, he held accounting and finance positions at hedge funds, ExodusPoint Capital Management, Third Point and MSD Capital. Mr. Soysouvanh holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College.
Thomas White

Mr. White has 4 years of credit and investment research experience. Prior to joining CIFC, Mr. White served as an Analyst on the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets team at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. White earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
