Fostering a sense of belonging.

CIFC prides itself on an open-door collaborative culture, and that extends to every team member at every level of the organization. All team members are encouraged to actively participate in daily or weekly meetings, meaning everyone is on the same page.

Everyone at CIFC has access to experienced supervisors who are available to answer questions and provide guidance.

New hires complete a structured training program consisting of a series of “Lunch and Learn” sessions. Current employees can take advantage of ongoing role-specific industry training opportunities.
